CSV columns
plan- Plan identifier, as on the page of the product.
price- Price for one billing period, in the currency below.
currency- ISO 4217 currency code.
tax_included- Whether the price includes VAT or sales tax.
effective_from- Date the price took effect. A date after last_verified is an announced change.
last_verified- Date we last checked the price on the official page.
source_url- Official page the price comes from.
